A comfortable
place to browse.

We aim to make this website useful and welcoming across devices and ways of browsing.

Getting around

Use the keyboard to move through links and controls. A skip link at the start of each page takes you directly to the main content. The collection can be filtered and searched, and each piece also has its own ordinary page link.

Taking a closer look

When a piece opens in the enlarged view, use Escape to close it. The left and right arrow keys move between pieces. Your place in the collection is retained when the enlarged view closes.

Motion and readability

The website respects your device's reduced-motion preference. You can zoom text using your browser. Photographs of collection pieces include descriptive alternative text.
